WHO WE ARE
Vered Optical is an optical boutique that has been in business in the exclusive Bathurst and Glencairn area of Toronto since 2006. Our staff of eyewear professionals and licensed opticians has over 50 years of eyewear industry experience, dating back to the 1970s, and we’ve seen glasses and frames of every shape, size and colour you can imagine.
We literally have been there through all the trends – watching them start, be replaced by something else, and then come back around again – we have seen it all. Therefore, we are best able to advise our customers not only in what is the best quality in glasses, experiencing so many variations of craftsmanship over the years, but what is truly the trendiest and original versus what is just the same all over again.
As well, because Vered Optical’s employees include licensed opticians (Ontario College of Opticians), we are officially qualified to provide you with eyewear that not only looks good, but can actually help you see, too. With this, we are also trained make proper adjustments and recommendations to enhance your vision with any kind of eyewear.
WHAT WE DO
Vered Optical specializes in selling the best eyewear products – eyeglasses, sunglasses, lenses and contact lenses from around the world. We also provide eyewear services, including repair, customization and replacement. Finally, we help our customers look their best while insuring their eyes are given the best sight possible.
Our job is to make sure that customers always look and feel fabulous when they leave Vered Optical.

Vered Optical loves children, and we have a whole section devoted to children’s eyewear, having provided eyewear to children as young as three (3) for the last 40 years.
Our business is family-owned and is active within our community – we see our customers almost everywhere we go!
We care not only about how you look and how trendy you are in your eyewear, but how well you can see, too – experience teaches looks are not everything, especially if you can’t see!
